The weekend was interesting to say the least. Here is the recap.
Finished work Friday, ran home as quick as possible. Took Wrigley to the dog park. Hopped in the car and headed up to Bethesda. Had dinner at Houstons with my sister. Went to DSW (got really cute black pumps and a cute leather hand bag with my Amex gift certificate) Stopped at Barnes and Noble, Borders and God knows where on the way home to find movies for the confirmation class the next day. Fell asleep exhausted.
Saturday... got up walked the pooch. Came back and went to bed. Cleaned the house. Went into the office to make copies for Confirmation class. Ordered Pizza for Class. Had class all afternoon at our house. Went shopping to find clothes for 60's party... and went to said party until 11:00. Fell asleep exhausted.
Sunday... raining. Through the ball with Wrigley in the parking lot until he was semi tired (you can't wear that guy out)... Got ready for church and didn't go. Went to breakfast instead with my husband. Went to the movies. Worked on our 3 state taxes and mailed them.... took forever and was completely frustrating. Went to dinner. Came home. Had sex. Fell asleep exhausted.
And, here I am ready to start another week.
Although, this week is shaping up to be much better than last week. Lots of work, but I am much more encouraged about it. Starting last week, I was completely discouraged and pissed off and worried that I would lose my job. Not so this week.
And, I am taking Dax to Chicago to see a cubs game for his birthday for the weekend!!!! We are so excited about that.
